the front office staff was very helpful when i needed assistance (i really appreciate that). i had left my bag on a tram outside the hotel. ms. victoria quickly contacted the tram's lost and found, and the bag was recovered in just 15 minutes. suzana also packed my bag well for courier service.
the wifi connection in the room was not very strong.

The room featured a mini fridge plus a cupboard. Tables are also available. the bathroom was clean with adequate space for toiletries. i found the arrangement quite functional , even for longer periods.

the location is amazing. the tram line access is really convenient! the garden area is a good bonus after long days of exploration. i really enjoyed this patio, it's so nice!
